Using Individa
Early days
We are still growing the service, so features will change, and occasionally break. We will not lose your record on purpose, and we keep backups, but do not treat Individa as your only copy of anything you cannot bear to lose.
Your account
You must be 18 or over and authorised to provide information about any child you add. Full covers one child, with additional children at the prices shown on our pricing page. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them.
Trial, renewal and cancellation
New families choose monthly or annual billing and provide a card through Stripe before starting a 30-day Full trial. After the trial, the selected plan renews automatically at £19.99 a month or £199.90 a year for one child, plus £4.99 a month or £49.90 a year per additional child. Extra children are added to billing automatically. Cancel through Manage billing in Account before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before your next renewal to stop future charges. Paid access continues until the paid period ends; afterwards your record becomes a read-only archive. Existing no-card trials retain their agreed end date and are not charged without checkout. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Your content stays yours
You own everything you log. We hold a licence only to process it in order to run the service for you: reading moments, generating reports, and showing links you create.
What we do not promise
Individa does not guarantee any outcome with a local authority, inspector, school or clinician. The learning patterns and suggestions Individa produces are starting points for you, never formal diagnostic, medical or statutory educational judgments. The AI readings are interpretations, not facts, and you are the final judge of whether one is right about your child.
Fair use
Do not log content about other people's children without their parents' or caregivers' consent, and do not use Individa to store material that is unlawful or harmful.
Your data, whenever you like
Everything we hold is yours to take and yours to remove. You can download a copy of your data and delete your account yourself on the Account page, and both take effect immediately. You never need to ask us first.
Ending it
Leave whenever you like. Download your data from the Account page, delete your account, and the record goes with it. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.
