Using Individa during the beta
This is a beta
Features will change, and occasionally break. We will not lose your record on purpose, and we keep backups, but do not treat Individa as your only copy of anything you cannot bear to lose.
Your account
One adult account per household, holding up to four children on Family Plus. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them.
Your content stays yours
You own everything you log. We hold a licence only to process it in order to run the service for you: reading moments, generating reports, and showing links you create.
What we do not promise
Individa does not guarantee any outcome with a local authority, inspector, school or clinician. The AI readings are interpretations, not facts, and you are the final judge of whether one is right about your child.
Fair use
Do not log content about other people's children without their parents' consent, and do not use Individa to store material that is unlawful or harmful.
Ending it
Leave whenever you like. Ask for your data and we send it, then delete on request. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.
