A record about a child deserves care
Plain English first, because this is your child's life we are holding. This is a beta and this notice will be expanded before general release.
What we hold
Your email and name, the children you add, the moments you log, and anything Individa generates from them. If you choose to record health or neurodevelopmental context, that is stored separately from the learning record.
Who can see it
You. Our systems enforce, at the database level, that a record can only be read by the account that owns it. The one exception is a brief link you create yourself, which is read-only, expiring and revocable, and only carries health context if you have separately allowed it.
AI processing
When you log a moment, the text you wrote is sent to a hosted AI model to be read back and mapped to competencies. It is not used to train anyone's model. Do not put anything in a log you would not want processed this way.
Children's data
Accounts are held by adults. Children do not sign in. We collect the minimum needed to build the record, and we do not sell, rent or share it for advertising, ever.
Getting it back or deleting it
Email us and we will send you everything we hold in a readable file, or delete it entirely. No retention games.
